We recommend an average show time of about half an hour to allow your audience to enjoy and browse through your collection. There is no limit to the number of shows you do in a day! Keep your audience engaged with your show by hosting giveaways, asking them questions, by questions we also mean how’s the weather in your town. Engage, Sell, and have Fun!
Pack your orders & get PAIDWe recommend our ShoprTV sellers to ship orders in 1-3 days after the live show has ended. Payout will be available once the order has been shipped. The `Available Balance`` in your profile will be updated.
FAQs
How do I sell on ShoprTV?
You can apply to be a seller on ShoprTV by filling out the application in the app. A ShoprTV team member will review your application and notify you once the application has been approved.
How do I learn to sell live?
Once your application is approved by our team, we will share how to guide on scheduling streams and going live. Our dedicated seller support team will also help coach you through the process and go through best practices with you.
How long do I have to go live for?
You can go live for however long you want. We suggest a minimum live time of 1 hr, however, many people go live on our platform for 3-4 hours even. It’s all up to you!
How do my viewers buy my products?
Viewers can buy products during the liveshow with a simple two-click process! They can browse through all the items you have featured and make a purchase using UPI, Debit and Credit Cards, and Netbanking.
How does shipping work?
One of the best parts about selling on ShoprTV is that shipping is integrated within the app. Products sold will show up in your order management tab from where you can download labels and invoices to hand to the courier partner. Buyers will be notified when the order has been shipped from your end.
How do I get paid?
Payout will be available as soon as you have shipped the order. Simply log in to the ShoprTV app and request for payout.
Is there any commission for selling on ShoprTV ?
There is currently no commission on the sale of products on ShoprTV! You can come and sel live without any fees or charges.
